We got everyone from the Northwest Pacific Z Scalers club to stand still for a photo...Harold and his wife Thea Oakley on the far left, Tim Powell and Tom Gilchrist in the back and Andy Hunting and Jim Glass in the front.
Jim Glass makes friends easy with Chris Germond of the CZM.
Jason Alles of the CZM club helped with keeping the trains running. His great looking scratch buildings were the envy of all.
Robin Christle is shown all bundled up with Chris Germond. It got very cold in our little corner Saturday night...cold rain and wind outside.
Donny Beck of the CZM club was at the show Saturday and helped run trains and talk to folks about Z scale.
Brad Saunders came up alone this trip and he worked on his beautiful gorge module during the show.
Loren Snyder had a long drive from southern Oregon. He brought his 45 degree module with the fantastic rock formations...his work can also be seen in MicroTrains promotional Z scale layouts and photos.
Tim Powell showed up with his SP AZL cab forward. It took some break in time, but after a few hours it was pulling a reasonable size train and looked just great.
Our Thea and Harold Oakley took second place in the shows "Individual Layout" category. They brought two layouts and were positioned at one end of our area. You can see the detail with up to three trains running at one time.

A young man admires the handy work.
